Description of the villa
Villa ARCA is recent with an area of 160 m2. It offers 8 places and is fully equipped with a heated, secure swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and a SPA, on a plot of 1000 m2 fully fenced and not overlooked.

- 1 mezzanine (6 x 5 m) furnished with secure access
- 1 bathroom with wc

A stay contract must be signed, with a 30% deposit to be paid upon booking and the balance to be paid 30 days before the stay.
